Watch Holocaust survivors tell their stories in their own words.
Help us preserve their testimonies so future generations
can listen, learn, and remember.
Behind every testimony is a person, a family, and a life forever changed by the Holocaust.
The Last Ones preserves survivors’ firsthand accounts and shares their voices with future generations.
Through film and education, we help people understand the human cost of hatred—and the responsibility we all share to stand against it.
Listen to Holocaust survivors share memories of childhood, survival,
and rebuilding their lives—in their own words.
Behind every face is a lifetime of memories. Hear Holocaust survivors share their experiences of loss, courage, and rebuilding their lives.
It’s so exciting to see that my newest article, “Memory is Not Enough” has reached and resonated with so many people!
I’d love for you to give it a read and tell me what you think.
And, to learn more about the heart behind this article and behind the mission of my foundation, check out @thelastonesfoundation or over on our website-

Their stories, their words, our responsibility.
And I’m honored to carry them forward.

Right now, my France is hurting, and so am I.
I’d love for you to give my latest article for @timesofisrael a read, it’s available now.
Let me tell you why this matters…
Firsthand survivor testimony teaches the Holocaust in a way that stays, in a way that impacts, and in a way that honors their stories, in their words, more than words in a textbook ever could.
That is why this matters.

History doesn’t always repeat itself in the same way, but there are signs.
Things happening that make us say, “we’ve seen this before.”
And, not to put any ideas in your head, but we can honor the past by acting upon what we see.
When we don’t just say, “never again is now,” but we live in a way that doesn’t allow what we’ve seen happen before to happen again.
This is why education matters.

Let me tell you why this matters…
Now, more than ever, our mission of preserving the first hand testimonies of the last living Holocaust survivors is vital.
It’s not words in a textbook or facts read on the walls of museums that will impact future generations to stop history from repeating itself.
It is their experiences, told in their words using their voices.
And that is why…this matters.

Yesterday, we remembered October 7th.
Today, I want to talk about October 8th.
My newest piece for, “The Times of Israel” does just that.
I talk about grief, the dangerous misuse of historical memory, and perhaps the most important question we face three years later:
Who do we choose to become the day after?
Give it a read, and then let’s talk about it.
An intimate evening of remembrance and reflection marking the third anniversary of October 7.
Hosted by Leslie Benitah, Co-Chair of AJC Miami and Broward’s Advocacy Committee, at her home, alongside AJC CEO Ted Deutch, French Consul General Thierry Peyroux, and AJC Miami and Broward Director Brian Siegal.
Together, we remember, we honor, and we reaffirm our commitment to never forget.
I recently sat down for an interview with @insidesuccesstv + @legacymakerstv to talk about my journey, my work, and why preserving the voices of the last living Holocaust survivors has become such an important part of my life.
For me, these testimonies are about more than remembering the past.
They are about listening to the people who were there, preserving their words while we still can, and making sure future generations can learn from them.
Follow @thelastonesfoundation and visit www.TheLastOnes.education to hear these stories, explore our educational resources, and learn more about our mission to make sure these voices are never lost.

Today, I want to tell you the story of a family. My family.
These are the voices of my grandfather, Dawid, and his sister, my great-aunt Janina.
Janina recorded her testimony with @uscshoahfdneducation in the 1990s. Dawid recorded his with @memorialshoahofficiel in 2019.
Decades apart, they told the same family story, but never together.
I brought their testimonies together, weaving their words with our personal family photographs, home movies and archives, so that, for the first time, their memories could speak to one another.
Two voices. Two moments in time. One family story.
Real change begins when we choose awareness over autopilot, and align our everyday choice with the life we truly want to live.
I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to be a guest on the Joy of Living podcast with @barryeshore!
My episode is live and available to listen on Spotify, YouTube + Apple Podcasts.
Which Israeli stories are we allowed to tell?
My latest piece from @timesofisrael explores this question.
I am not asking this rhetorically, I genuinely want someone to explain this to me.
Would the same audience that stood for the nearly 25 minutes for an Israeli documentary about Gaza be willing to sit through, “Milk & Honey?”
and this matters, because film shapes memory.
Propaganda doesn’t have to be entirely fabricated; its power lies in what is selected, what is omitted, how it is framed-and whose humanity the audience is taught to see.
but first, the festivals have to let us into the room
